Tiffany Watson is the Director of Gilmer Family Connection, a non-profit organization that brings community partners together to focus on issues affecting local families in crisis.

Tiffany is also an entrepreneur – owner of Endless Ink – a Certified Native American-owned business since 2014.

Tiffany served as Chair in 2023 for the Gilmer County Chamber of Commerce Board and currently serves on the executive team.

She is a Passionate member of GICH (Georgia Initiative for Community Housing), serving as co-chair, helping find reasonable housing solutions for Gilmer. She also serves as Treasurer of Present Hope Ministry, a locally based ministry helping children in Haiti, and on the Board of the Gilmer Department of Family and Children’s Services.

Tiffany Watson has also been selected to serve on the 2023-2025 State School Superintendent's Parent Advisory Council for the Department of Education. She has three children enrolled in the school system, serves on the district strategic planning committee, and is a representative on the School Governance Teams at Clear Creek Middle School and Gilmer High School.

Tiffany is most proud of her three amazing boys and loving family. They enjoy family dinners and spending time together.
