Roshanga "Shay" Peoples serves as the Project Coordinator for Community Health Solutions. She has over 20 years of experience in community service and working with youth. Shay is the Assistant Director for the i Rock Youth Mentorship Program at the Rock Church of Atlanta and a Character Coach for Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  She has also served as the PTSA President and on various other school council boards. Before joining Community Health Solutions, Shay worked as an Admissions Counselor and a Branch Manager for more than 14 years combined.

 
Shay earned a Bachelor's in Human Services and a Master’s in Higher Education with a Specialization in Educational Leadership. She has a passion for connecting youth and families to opportunities and resources within their community.Her ultimate goal is to be a servant leader and help heal communities through effective outreach and connections. Shay resides in Clayton, County with her teenage son.
